Event Staff Opportunities

 It takes a passionate, dedicated, service-oriented team of hundreds to make each event memorable for our Guests. 

The Carrier Dome is seeking experienced EVENT STAFF Team Members for the following part-time / seasonal positions for the 2014-15 Season.

USHERS

Provide assistance to guests in each section as well as watching over to ensure the safety of fans. Ushers are expected to interact with guests, and be able to provide assistance to anyone that might require assistance, whether it be finding their seat location, trouble with other fans, or directions in and around the stadium. Excellent customer service skills are required.

TICKET TAKERS

Greet guest as they present their ticket for the game. They will scan each ticket as the fans enter the stadium assuring they have the appropriate ticket.

GUEST SERVICES

Friendly and knowledgeable Guest Service representative are available to assist with all questions, problems, and any other game day situations. Guest Services representatives are available to help our guests with directions and individual concerns to ensure a pleasant experience at the Carrier Dome.

SECURITY

Licensed with  NYS, provide a safe and pleasant environment for all guests. Screen all guests entering the stadium using Metal Detecting Wands . Perform bag checks upon fan entry; assist with undesired behavior, disturbance in the stadium. In all situations, perform duties in a courteous, professional manner.
